These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WorkHive mobile application ("App") provided by WorkHive Inc. ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include: • Resale or commercial use of the App • Modification or creation of derivative works • Reverse engineering or decompilation • Transfer of the license to third parties
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: • Use the App for any illegal purpose • Harass, threaten, or send harmful content to other users • Distribute viruses, malware, or malicious code • Circumvent or disable security features of the App • Unauthorized access to our servers or networks • Unauthorized access to other users' accounts • Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
User Content
You are responsible for all content you send, post, or share through the App ("User Content"). You warrant that your User Content does not: • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights • Contain illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing material • Contain false or misleading information • Contain content harmful to minors
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The App will operate uninterrupted or error-free • The App will meet your requirements • Information obtained through the App will be accurate • All security vulnerabilities will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the App • Loss or corruption of data • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities • Acts or omissions of third parties Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. For significant changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Modified Terms become effective upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
